Standard GeoIp offer an API that provides geolocation data for IPv4 address. Customers query IP addresses, we give them approximate location data.

Do you also match IP addresses with business phone numbers and postal data?

No, only geolocation data: an approximate latitude and longitude, city, region, country, etc.

Why should I choose you over XYZ?

We offer a much cheaper monthly subscription than other providers because we only provide geolocation data. Personal, telephone, and postal data are expensive and morally troublesome to acquire, so we don't offer it, and pass the savings onto our customers.

How should we query your API?

Our API endpoint is https://standardgeoip.com/api/geo/{ip_address}. Once you've subscribed, we'll offer you the choice of using a personal bearer token or setting up your own OAuth client.

Do you have any sample data?

You can query our public API on the endpoint https://standardgeoip.com/api/public/geo/{ip_address}. Usage of this is restricted and intended for client testing purposes only.
